Manasib Construction & General Supplies Limited delivers civil works and dependable supply for government, county, institutional and humanitarian clients — from culverts and gravel roads to generators, relief items and building materials.

Registered in January 2025 to enhance the development of Kenya, Manasib pairs on-site civil works with a disciplined supply operation — so projects in the North are built, equipped and delivered by one team that answers for all of it.
We apply modern techniques to source goods and services from local and international manufacturers, and we keep a directory of trusted makers for every product line we carry. Our team researches and evaluates products — catalogues, technical evaluations and certification — before they reach a client.
A network of international contacts helps us identify new products and dealers quickly, which shortens our response time when a client's requirements change. On site, we bring qualified engineers, surveyors and our own plant to deliver roads, drainage and structures to specification.
To be the most trusted and leading partner in socio-economic development, through the provision of supplies and services.
Fast, reliable and efficient business solutions for our clients — at cost-effective levels that strengthen economies and livelihoods.
Integrity and honesty · Customer focus and satisfaction · Leadership · Quality production · Teamwork.
A deliberate, watertight plan that sustains our growth as we move further into the competitive markets of the region.
We build to the Kenya Roads and Bridges General Specification and relevant international standards, with qualified technical staff on site from handover to defects liability.
New sections and rehabilitation of gravel roads — alignment checks, approved murram for base and sub-base, shaping and compaction to design camber.
Concrete pipe culverts, side drains and outfalls that move water off the carriageway and protect the road through the rains.
Clearing and grubbing, excavation to designed elevations and grades, and haulage of suitable material to stockpile — by dozer, excavator, grader and tipper.
Structural and minor concrete works, headwalls and building construction, backed by our own supply of cement, steel, block and aggregate.
Verification of existing road and ground levels at specified intervals, topographic control and setting out so every structure lands on the design alignment.
Well-maintained plant with operators, tracked on an equipment return schedule that records operation, idle and breakdown time for full accountability.
Within the first week of possession we set up the site office, equipment yard, stockpile and waste areas, arrange water and power, and submit our material supply plan and borrow-pit for approval.
We verify existing road and ground levels along cross-sections, confirm topographic control with the Resident Engineer, and set out the works to the design alignment.
Obstacles are confirmed with the authorities and relevant bodies, then stumps, roots and debris are removed without contaminating suitable excavated material.
We excavate gradually from the highest elevation down to design grade, hauling suitable material to stockpile and keeping a temporary cross fall so the works drain.
Culverts, drains and concrete works go in ahead of the running surface, followed by approved gravel for base and sub-base, shaped and compacted.
Monthly progress reports go to the Resident Engineer, and complete site records — daily works, plant, personnel, materials and tests — stay ready for inspection.
We supply governments, institutions and humanitarian agencies from a vetted directory of local and international manufacturers — at stable prices, to the standards your programme demands.
